The Van Quynh Hotel Project (T-Ritz Da Nang Hotel) is located at 6–8–10 Lam Hoanh Street, An Hai Ward, Da Nang City. The project is developed by Van Quynh Trading and Service Co., Ltd.

The development consists of 17 above-ground floors and 3 basement levels, providing 184 hotel rooms with a total gross floor area of 13,547 square meters.

The project is currently under construction of the basement structure and is expected to be completed and put into operation in 2027.
