The Hai Phong Political-Administrative Center project began construction in January 2023. With a total investment of VND 2,500 billion, the project includes 14 building blocks, symmetrically designed along North–South and East–West axes. The total construction footprint is over 29,000 m², with a total floor area of around 89,500 m².

Meanwhile, the Hai Phong Convention and Performance Center is also nearing completion, with a total investment of over VND 2,300 billion. The facility features a 1,500-seat main hall, spread across 3 floors and 1 basement, with a total floor area of nearly 50,000 m². Architecturally, the building is designed with soft, circular forms, inspired by ocean waves and flowing rivers—symbolizing the spirit and identity of Hai Phong.
