The Khanh Hoa Provincial Headquarters Complex is located in Vinh Thai Commune, Nha Trang City, Khanh Hoa Province. Covering an area of more than 9.2 hectares within the province’s new urban – park – administrative center, the project has a construction density of 40% and is invested by the Khanh Hoa Provincial Development Project Management Board.

The complex will serve as the headquarters for approximately 18 provincial departments, 4 socio-political organizations, along with other public facilities and supporting infrastructure. The total investment is estimated at over VND 1,867 billion from the provincial budget (including land clearance costs).

The project is planned as an architectural landmark that reflects local identity while embracing future-oriented development. Situated in the new administrative center, its design harmoniously integrates nature and technology, embodying the vision of sustainable growth.

The official architectural concept is based on the award-winning proposal KC185, developed by the consortium of HUNI Vietnam and Le Quang Architecture Company. Currently, the Khanh Hoa People’s Committee has assigned the Provincial Development Project Management Board to work with HUNI Vietnam consortium to finalize the architectural design.
