The La Tiên Villa project (part of Phase 2 of the Libera Nha Trang development) is invested by KDI Holding and co-developed with Masterise Homes. It is located in Bai Tien, along Pham Van Dong Boulevard, Bac Nha Trang Ward, Khanh Hoa Province.

Situated within a 44-hectare master-planned community, the project features a low construction density of about 19%, with more than 2 million trees and 13,000 m² of water surface. La Tiên Villa offers 668 detached and semi-detached villas (Phase 1 includes 293 villas), showcasing 6 distinct façade designs and 8 typical layouts. The development will be managed and operated by ASCOTT, a leading international hospitality brand.

The project is expected to launch in Q3/2025 and hand over to buyers in 2026.
