The ArtStella Project, developed by An Thinh Real Estate JSC (ATTLand), is located at 180 Thong Nhat Street, Dong Hoa Ward, Di An City, Binh Duong Province (now part of Ho Chi Minh City).

The project covers a land area of approximately 5,000 m², consisting of two 36-story towers with a total supply of around 845 apartments.

ArtStella stands out with its unique oval-shaped architectural design, the philosophy of “Wellness Living / Chill Living”, and a multi-layered landscape amenity concept that integrates both internal and external facilities. With its refined design, the project was honored with the “Best Apartment Architectural Design Award 2025.”

The project is currently in the preparation phase for construction and is expected to be completed in Q1/2028.
