Phase 1 – Subdivision S1 (Limassol) of the Gold Coast Vũng Tàu project is developed by Eco Pearl City JSC (a member of Gold Coast Holdings) as the Investor. The subdivision is planned on a land area of approximately 36 hectares, with a construction density of 25–30% and a total investment capital of VND 132 trillion (USD 5 billion).

Subdivision S1 is expected to deliver around 900 units, including:

• 56 detached villas
• 144 semi-detached villas
• 168 shophouses

The project is executed by Hòa Bình Construction Group as the general contractor.

Subdivision S1 was officially launched on September 6, 2025 and is scheduled for completion by the end of 2027.

The Gold Coast Vũng Tàu development is a large-scale coastal urban resort covering over 1,000 hectares, with a construction density of 30%, prioritizing green spaces. It is envisioned as an internationally benchmarked destination built around four core pillars: commerce, education, sports, and leisure, complemented by a world-class system of internal amenities.
