Phase 2 of the Yên Phong Industrial Center Expansion Project is located in Yên Phong Industrial Park, Bắc Ninh Province. The project is jointly developed by Frasers Property Vietnam and GELEX, with SOL E&C awarded as the main contractor.

This phase comprises the development of 9 ready-built factories, 1 ready-built warehouse, 1 service & auxiliary building, and 14 guardhouses, with a total gross floor area of nearly 50,000 square meters. The project is designed to meet high international standards, providing a modern industrial investment environment for both domestic and international enterprises.

Construction officially commenced in September 2025 and is scheduled for completion in Q3/2026.
