The project will be developed on a land area of 10,249 square meters, aiming to build a high-quality care and treatment center for C Hospital Da Nang.
The facility will include 10 above-ground floors and 1 basement, with a total gross floor area of 16,625 square meters.

The project is currently in the bidding phase for construction, with contract award results expected to be announced in December 2025 and construction scheduled to commence in early 2026.
