The UOA Office Building project is located on Vo Thi Sau Street, Tan Dinh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, and is developed by UOA Vietnam — a member of UOA Group (Malaysia) — with a total investment of nearly VND 3,200 billion (USD 120 million).

The project will be developed on a land plot of approximately 2,000 m², with an estimated gross floor area of 20,000 m². Construction is scheduled to commence in Q4/2025 and be completed by Q2/2028.
