The Route Inn 5-Star Hotel Project is invested by Route Inn Vietnam Hai Phong Co., Ltd. (a member of Japan’s Route Inn Group), located in the New Urban Area 2A So Dau, So Dau Ward, Hong Bang District, Hai Phong City, with a total investment of VND 907 billion.

The project covers a land area of 8,148 m², featuring 30 above-ground floors and 1 basement, and will provide 343 five-star standard guestrooms with a total gross floor area of 37,028 m².

The groundbreaking ceremony was held on May 11, 2025, with a planned construction period of 28 months, and the hotel is expected to be operational in 2027.
