The Salacia Villas project is located on Hac Dich – Toc Tien Road, in Hac Dich and Tan Thanh Wards, Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province (now under Ho Chi Minh City’s administration). It is developed by Vu Viet One Member Co., Ltd. with VinaLiving (a subsidiary of VinaCapital) as the project developer.

Designed as a high-end semi-compound model and coastal urban residential community in the Phu My area, the project is developed on a land area of 7.2 hectares, with a construction density of 35%, offering a total of 333 townhouses and villas, including:

• 240 terraced townhouses
• 83 semi-detached villas
• 10 detached villas

The project has completed infrastructure works along with several sample townhouses and villas, and is expected to be handed over in Q4/2028.
