The SenseFesti Vinh Long Shopping Center is developed by Saigon Co.op Investment Development (SCID), a subsidiary of Saigon Co.op, in partnership with Thanh Do Group as the investor. The project is not only a retail destination but also a multi-generational lifestyle hub, featuring a hypermarket, a wide range of local and international retail outlets, a vibrant food court, an outdoor musical fountain stage, as well as indoor and outdoor family entertainment areas.

Located in Tan Ngai Ward, Vinh Long City, the project represents a total investment of nearly VND 1,000 billion (approximately USD 38 million). It is built on a land plot of 11,634 m², with four floors and a total gross floor area of around 40,000 m². The development is carried out in two phases (Phase 1 covering about 22,000 m²) and is expected to become the most modern, technology-driven commercial and entertainment complex in Vinh Long.

Construction commenced on August 2, 2025, with Phase 1 scheduled to open in September 2026.
