The Emerald Garden View project is located on Binh Duong Boulevard (Nguyen Chi Thanh Street), Hung Dinh Ward, Thuan An City, Binh Duong Province (now part of Ho Chi Minh City), and is developed by Le Phong Investment and Development Co., Ltd.

The project is built on a land area of 18,000 m² with a construction density of 45%. It consists of two towers with 39 above-ground floors and three basement levels, offering a total of 1,770 apartments.

Emerald Garden View will feature a wide range of amenities, including a 5-star reception lobby, shopping mall, infinity swimming pool, children’s pool, library, kindergarten, gym, spa, rooftop art garden, café, BBQ area, and community spaces.

The project is expected to be launched in 2025.
