The One World Project spans nearly 50 hectares and is developed by Kim Oanh HCMC Investment and Development JSC (a member of Kim Oanh Group), in collaboration with Japanese partners Sumitomo Forestry, Kumagai Gumi, and NTT Urban Development. The project is located in Thuan Giao Ward, Thuan An City, Binh Duong Province (now Ho Chi Minh City), with a total investment of approximately VND 25,000 billion (USD 1 billion).

The development is divided into six subdivisions, featuring:

• Shophouses
• Townhouses
• Compound villas
• Condominium apartments
• Social housing (accounting for 20% of the residential land fund, with an area of around 46,800 m²)

The project is expected to deliver 10,000 to 20,000 housing units, complemented by a wide range of amenities such as a convention and exhibition center, AEON Mall, a five-star hotel, and an international school.

The investment policy was officially approved by the People’s Committee of Binh Duong Province on January 9, 2024, with groundbreaking anticipated in 2025.
