The Rivus – The Elie Saab Branded Residences is developed by Masterise Homes and located within the Vinhomes Grand Park township, Long Phuoc Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City. Covering a total land area of 26.73 hectares with a construction density of around 15%, the project comprises 121 exclusive villas divided into three distinct collections:

• The Sava: 65 villas, 4 bedrooms, floor areas ranging from 560 to 773 m².
• The Seine: 30 villas, 5 bedrooms, floor areas ranging from 745 to 1,160 m².
• The Danube: 23 villas, 6 bedrooms, floor areas ranging from 1,010 to 1,287 m².

This “Branded Residences” project is a collaboration with the haute couture fashion house Elie Saab, blending couture-inspired design with contemporary architecture and premium amenities. Each villa is equipped with a private outdoor swimming pool and situated within a high-security gated compound. Construction began in 2022, with handover expected between the second and third quarters of 2025.
