Groundbreaking Ceremony for the Phu My Hung Art Center Project in Ho Chi Minh City
The Phu My Hung Art Center Project is located at Lot C10, Phu My Hung Urban Area, Ho Chi Minh City, and is developed by Phu My Hung Development Corporation with a total investment of approximately USD 30 million (VND 780 billion).
The project is being developed on a 1.2-hectare site and comprises a seven-story cultural complex with a total gross floor area of more than 24,000 square meters. The development includes a theater, museum, exhibition spaces, public plaza, dining area, and multifunctional cultural and artistic venues, with the vision of creating a new hub for creativity and cultural exchange in southern Ho Chi Minh City.
The project officially broke ground on July 22, 2026, and is scheduled for completion in 2027.
