The The Ori Phuong Mai Project is located on Go Huu Street, My Hanh Commune, Tay Ninh Province. The project is developed by Phuong Mai Long An Joint Stock Company, with a total investment of VND 1,638 billion (approximately USD 62 million).

The project is implemented on a land area of 1.76 hectares, comprising three 30-storey buildings with one basement level. The development includes two social housing towers and one commercial residential tower, with a total gross floor area of over 140,000 m².

The project was officially groundbreaking in Q1 2026 and is expected to be completed in 2028.
